We aim to get all orders out to you within 3 working days where possible. If we are likely to be delayed for any reason we will contact you to let you know. All items will be packaged securely to prevent damage or breakages during post and we send all items via recorded delivery so a signature will be required. These items are still considered as first class post, which should be next day delivery, however this is not guaranteed and please allow up to 7 days.
If an item hasn’t been delivered after 7 postal days please do get in touch and we will track the package for you.
If you require an item urgently please click here to contact us, and we will endeavour to get your item out the same working day by next day guaranteed post, but this will incur an additional cost, variable depending on the size of your order so please contact us to confirm we can deliver in time before checking our and paying for your item.
If for any reason you are unhappy when you receive your item please do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. You are also welcome to return any item up to 14 days after receipt, as long as the item has not been worn, all tags are still intact and the item is returned in it’s original condition. This does not include earrings; unfortunately we cannot accept any earrings for return unless there is a fault with the item, for hygiene reasons. We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Should an item develop a fault, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement for up to 3 months after purchase. We try our best to ensure all of our range is of the highest quality and we demand a level of quality that ensures your items should last for years of wear, however very occasionally items do slip through that aren’t up to our usual high standard and in that instance we will do our utmost to rectify the situation for our customers.
