We won't offer you free next day delivery or first access, but we will give you some of the perks of being a best customer, without the cost. Not a bad deal really!

Postage and Packaging

Once you have placed your order and payment has been received we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We then aim to get all orders out within 48 hours (72 hours in the run-up to Christmas due to high volumes). We will e-mail you again once your order has been shipped.

All orders within mainland UK will be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery (for international orders other couriers may be used) and should arrive with you within 2 business days (again subject to delay during peak times). To ensure items have been safely received a signature will be required upon delivery.

We do offer a priority service for those who need their items in a hurry - if you would like your order posted out within 24 hours after ordering and sent via next day delivery this can be arranged for a small surcharge of £2.50 (within the UK only). If you would like to take advantage of this service please go to our online shop, visit the postage and packing section and add this service to your basket to be paid for at the same time as your order.

If you wish for extra insurance to be taken out for your order during postage this can be arranged for a small additional charge of £4 (within UK only). All items of silver jewellery* will be packaged in individual organza gift bags, or a gift box (unfortunately we cannot take requests for a preference at this time, each item has already been pre-allocated either a box of gift bag), and will be posted in a padded, bubble wrap envelope to prevent any damage during postage.

Should your item not have arrived 5 working days after your shipping confirmation e-mail and you are worried, contact us via phone or e-mail and we will do our best to track it for you. Again during peak times, such as Christmas, delivery times will take longer so please allow for this, we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time-frame unless agreed prior.

* Any items not in our silver and gemstone range may have alternate forms of packaging, and sale items under £10 may not receive an organza bag. In these instances items will be packaged in suitable alternate packaging and wrapped equally well to protect during postage.
